With Spanish origins, Gumbel is a multidiscplinary artist, self-taught and not a fan of established norms or rules. His musical journey began in 2010, with the aim of composing soundtracks for the movies of the A.S.L.S.D collective.
During this learning process he has composed and produced two EPs: “Pocket Carnivalé”, (an electrofunk-idm experiment) and “8-bit Love Machine” (homage to his childhood memories of the beloved Amstad CPC and Commodore Amiga) creating his own difficult-to-describe criteria and styles.
